cod178 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, abuse of promotional offers, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or other Members. In the event of account suspension or termination, we will process any legitimate withdrawals of funds in accordance with these Terms, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

cod178 accepts deposits via various payment methods, including bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. cod178 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

5.3 Transaction Fees

cod178 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cod178 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international financial regulations. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious transactions, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities, and freeze accounts pending investigation. All Members must engage in fair and legitimate gaming conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and confiscation of funds:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to exploit the Platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes for unfair advantage
• Use of insider information in sports betting
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decipher Platform source code
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Money laundering or use of the Platform to transfer funds between accounts

7.2 Betting Limits

cod178 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts at our discretion. These limits may be based on account history, wagering patterns, or risk management considerations. We may refuse or limit bets that exceed our maximum stake limits or expose us to excessive risk.

7.3 Game Results

In no event shall cod178's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Indonesian law. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia for resolution of any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

13. Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. cod178 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination by cod178, we will process legitimate withdrawals after completion of any necessary investigations, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to cod178.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
